This is the bamboo to plant if you're looking to inject a feel of the tropics into your cold climate garden.

Indocalamus Tessellatus is a top heavy bamboo due to its very large leaves. The large leaves are extremely tropical looking and when planted alongside other 'leafy' plants a true sense of a 'jungle feel' can be achieved.

The maximum height of this bamboo is unlikely to grow above 1m so it should be planted at the front of a border or under larger bamboo plants.

Typical Supplied Height: - 0.30m - 0.60m
